Table Center Piece: Starters each table will have a Lava Shank – fall off the bone tender meat with root vegetables and cabernet demi-glace.
1st Course: Trout – IDAHO Fish tacos Homemade blue corn tortillas, tempera fried ruby red trout with slaw and mango salsa and chipotle aioli & micro cilantro
2nd Course: Beef - Finger Steaks on Haystack Fries with Fry Sauce – Tender cuts of prime beef deep fried in a beer tempura served over haystack fries and homemade zesty fry sauce.
3rd Course: Potato -Idaho Potato ice-cream with huckleberry drizzle – Homemade Idaho potato ice-cream made with creamer baby potatoes finished with a Idaho huckleberry drizzle and homemade crumble.
