CATERING FAQ'S

  • How much is delivery?

    • Delivery prices can range from $25-$100 depending on the location​ and arrangements for the event. Our catering service area includes communities in the Greater Treasure Valley

  • Are disposables included?

    • Disposables are not included in the price of catering. We charge $1 per person for standard to $3 per person for high-end disposable plates, silverware, and napkins. ​

  • Do you provide a bar service?

    • We do not provide or serve alcohol for catering events. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about getting bar services and recommendations as we have worked with several great bar services.​​

​

  • Are there labor charges?

    • If your event requires staff and servers on-site, there is a $25 per hour, per chef/server, labor charge.​

​

  • What are the rentals?

    • Anything needed besides food, serving equipment, and disposable wares. This may include tables, chairs, china, linens, etc. ​

​

  • How much notice do you need for a catered event?

    • We ask for at least 2 weeks advance notice for catering. We may be able to fulfill your catering needs on short notice but reserve the right to add a 10% late notice fee to recover our additional cost. ​

​

  • When do I need to get a final guest count to the Catering Coordinator?

    • Seven days before your event. Within those seven days, we can accommodate a reasonable increase in attendance, but not allow a reduction in attendance numbers. ​

​

  • To save on the delivery fee can I pick up the food?

    • Yes, if you agree to pick up the food Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, and agree to return all equipment the following business day. ​

  • Can I tip the trainees?

    • No, trainees cannot accept tips. You may consider though making a tax-deductible donation to our program in place of tipping.​ 

​

  • Can we sample the food?

    • We are sorry but we do not offer food tastings.​

​

  • Will you help us procure food donations for our fundraiser?

    • No, but we'll gladly work with you on preparing food donations that you secure.​

​

  • Do you offer a non-profit discount?

    • We are always willing to work with other non-profit organizations to meet event needs on an individual basis. ​

​

  • Do you cater on Sundays?

    • Typically, we do not. However, some exceptions can be made for larger events. ​

​​

  • Is there a minimum order that needs to be placed for delivery?

    • Yes, it is $150 Monday-Friday and $250 on the weekends.​

​
