The concession trailer is a real asset for Life’s Kitchen. It gives us an opportunity to get out into the public to provide great food from our students as well as helping pave their way to a future that is productive and healthy.

A Comedy of Errors…On Purpose

Think about it, bacon is now officially good on everything. The spaghetti has no real flavor, but the texture is something new for me when mixed with ice cream. Coffee goes good with ice cream, and the corn was kind of sweet. Sadly it won’t be making an appearance on our cafe or catering menus, but I drove the point home.

A Wonderful Evening

It was a great night for everyone; we are very grateful that the Boise community is such a supportive and giving town. You all made a great impression on the students who were there to serve you, they really appreciated it. Even on Monday morning, they were still talking about how meaningful it was to see so many people supporting their efforts to make a clean start in life.
